Refund policy - please read in full

Refunds can be requested up to 2 months before the event.

• A full refund will be issued if you cancel within 30 days of purchasing and this is more than 2 months before the event.
• After this time an administration fee of 50% of the ticket price will be kept and the rest of your payment will be refunded. If you have not yet paid 50% of the ticket price all your payments will be kept.
• 2 months before the conference, no refund will be given.
• If you miss the conference due to sickness or other extenuating circumstances no refund will be given. However you are welcome to sell your ticket to someone else for no more than the original price

This is due to the costs of processing cancellations and refunds as well as other expenses laid out as the conference approaches, such as the venue, food, speaker costs, travel, accommodation, and merchandise.

You are welcome to find a replacement attendee for your ticket. To transfer your ticket to them please:

1. send us an email with their name and email address so we can follow up re: allergies etc.
2. Organise between yourselves to exchange funds.
