What does it mean to become an affiliate?
An affiliate for Melanie The Midwife is someone who believes in the work Mel is doing, who wants women everywhere to have the best chance of a Great Birth. They want to promote the work Mel is doing and they are happy to receive some form of payment if their sharing of Mel's work leads to someone purchasing one of Mel's products.
An affiliate helps market what Mel does and is rewarded for the results.
Is this legal?
Yes. However, there are some rules you need to follow. The main rule is that you MUST tell people that you are an affiliate when you promote something we sell. For example, if you promote our Great Birth Masterclass you must put a disclaimer that is obvious and on the same page, email etc (not accessed via a link) telling people that if they click and buy you are paid some of what they pay.

However, I would like to say that I became an affiliate for Mel because I love what she is doing, her products and services are amazing, and I want the people I serve to benefit from her work. I would not sign up as an affiliate if I thought her stuff was terrible. So, yes, I get paid if you purchase, BUT NO that does not mean her stuff is not amazing.

I don't have a website or email list, is it worth joining?
Absolutely. You do not need ot have a huge following to make some money promoting Mel's work. It can be as simple as sharing the link in an email to friends, in a chat group with other mums, or creating a QR code that goes to your unique link and putting it up in the waiting room at a clinic, or on a flyer you share with people. There are lots of ways to share what Mel is doing. You are probably sharing it already. You just now have the benefit of your own unique link that enables you to be paid if they give Mel money.

Every talk from The Convergence of Rebellious Midwives is recorded and you can sell these talks to women and mindwives.
The Great Birth rebellion
Mel's podcast. While we don't sell this, you can promote it and if someone purchases something else within the 30 days you are paid.
